  • Q: I've registered, now what?

    A: You will receive an email containing additional information about your chosen program(s). This email will be sent to you before the start date of your selected program(s). Please make sure the email used for registration is correct.

    Please keep in mind that any program details are listed on the selected program(s) product page at the time the order was placed.

    Any changes such as Venue, Dates, Times etc. an email and phone call can be expected detailing the changes as soon as possible.

  • Q: I haven't received an email with the program details

    A: 1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, emails can end up in these folders by mistake.

    2. Verify the email address: Ensure that the email address provided during registration is correct.

    3. Wait for a while: In some cases, emails may take a few minutes to arrive.

    4. Contact our support team: If you've tried the above steps and still haven't received the email, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. Be sure to provide your registration details so we can help you promptly.

  • Q: I've sent an email, when should I expect a reply

    A: We strive to respond to all emails as promptly as possible. Generally, you can expect a reply within 2 business days. If you've contacted us outside of our business hours or during holidays, please allow for additional time. Rest assured, we'll do our best to address your inquiry in a timely manner.

  • Q: Where is the program? What time?

    A: We have many programs running throughout the year. Please refer to the product page for the desired program(s) details such as Venue, Dates, Times, etc.

  • Q: I've registered and would like to modify my order(s)

    A: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy found HERE

  • Q: Can I drop off or leave during the program?

    No. A Parent/Guardian MUST be present during the entirety of the session.

    We are not day/child care.

  • Q: Does Kids Learn and Play (KLP) offer financial assistance for program fees?

    A: Currently, we do not offer direct financial assistance for our program fees.

  • Q: Is special needs support available?

    A: At present, we are unable to offer dedicated one-on-one participant support.

  • Q: Are there any age or skill level requirements for our program?

    A: Our programs may have specific age or skill level requirements outlined in the program description. Depending on enrolment and program structure, participants may be grouped separately based on skill and/or age. This ensures that each participant receives appropriate instruction and support best tailored to their level of experience and development.

  • Q: What to bring?

    A: If your program(s) take place in an indoor venue, please ensure your child comes prepared with running shoes, active wear, and a reusable labeled water bottle. Shin guards are optional. NO cleats allowed. No caps/hats allowed.

    A: If your program(s) take place in an outdoor venue, please ensure your child comes prepared with soccer cleats, active wear, and a reusable labeled water bottle. Shin guards are optional.

    Please come prepared. Allow enough time to swap from any outerwear such as winter boots, coats, etc.

  • Q: I've registered late, is prorated billing available?

    A: Prorated billing is not available.

  • Q: My order says "Pending"

    A: Please disregard this message.

    This message is for our system and is no cause for alarm once your order is placed.

  • Q: How can I provide feedback or share my experience with the program?

    A: An email will be sent out towards the conclusion of the program(s) you have registered for. We welcome and encourage you to share your feedback and thoughts at that time. Your input is valuable to us as we strive to continuously improve our programs and services.
